Lisa Lynn (Georg) Schlosnagle

December 2, 1963 ~ July 18, 2020 (age 56)

Obituary

Lisa Lynn Schlosnagle, age 57, of Accident, MD, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 18, 2020, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.

She was born December 2, 1963, in Meyersdale, PA to Lawrence “Eugene” and Janice (Deal) Georg.

She was married to her friend and love, Eric John Schlosnagle, on June 5, 1982, where they resided in Accident, for the duration of their marriage.

Lisa loved to love on people. She enjoyed crocheting constantly, which she learned from her grandmothers, Mable Georg and Theresa Deal. Her hands were rarely still. Anyone expecting a child, getting married or just needing additional love from a friend was sure to receive a blanket from her.

For many years, Lisa volunteered at the Northern Garrett County Rescue Squad. It suited her servant heart to help those during their most critical time of need. In addition, she organized and participated in many volunteer services for the community through Bear Creek Church of the Brethren, where she was an active member and Deacon. Prior, she was confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Eric Schlosnagle; daughter and son, Vicki and Brian Schlosnagle; father and mother, Lawrence (Eugene) and Janice (Deal) Georg; daughter-in-law, Tara (Devine) Schlosnagle; four grandchildren, Robert (Tony), Tyler, Hannah, and Maren; and her many nephews and nieces. All of these she loved and touched deeply.

Please join us to celebrate her life Monday afternoon Monday, July 20, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at the Bear Creek Church of the Brethren, 1088 Brethren Church Rd, Accident, Maryland, 21520. A memorial service will be held at a later date to account for COVID-19.
