Obituary

H. Calvin Coddington, Jr. 74, of Loch Lynn, MD, passed away September 10, 2020, at his home.

Born September 1, 1946, he was the son of Harry Calvin, Sr. and Dorothy Ellen (Beckman) Coddington. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Linda Jane Coddington.

Calvin retired after 43 years from First United Bank & Trust as a mortgage loan underwriter. He was a Vietnam War veteran with the United States Marine Corps.

Calvin is survived by his daughter, Amanda K. Fink, Sellersburg, IN; two grandchildren, Caitlin Marie Fink, Sellersburg, IN; Jonathan Chambers, Aurora, WV one great grandson, Gavin Spencer Chambers.

Friends will be received at Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 1100 Memorial Dr., Oakland, MD, 21550, on Monday, September 14, 2020, from 12pm-2pm. Services will be held in the funeral home chapel following visitation at 2pm with Rev. James Oester officiating. Interment will be at the Oakland Cemetery.
