Edna (Yoder) Brenneman, Meyersdale, PA, died Friday, November 29, 2019, at her residence.
Born August 19, 1947, in Salisbury, PA, she was the daughter of the late Clarence L. and Nancy (Kinsinger) Yoder. She was preceded in death by three brothers, John, Harvey and Alvin; six sisters, Effie, Cora, Amanda, Alma, Vernie and one infant sister, Hannah.
Surviving is her husband of 50 years, Joseph E. Brenneman; eight children, Nancy (Isaac Fisher), Cora (Louis Hertzler), Noah (Fannie Kinsinger), Henry (Annie Fisher), all of Meyersdale; Katie (Yost Yoder), Springs, PA; Annie (Simon Hertzler), Meyersdale; Mary (Eli Summy), Salisbury; Elmer (Fannie Summy), Meyersdale; 57 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; one brother, Simon C. Yoder, Springs; one sister, Sadie (Yoder) Brenneman, Morley, MI.
Mrs. Brenneman was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Friends will be received at 186 Shaw Mines Rd., Meyersdale, Friday evening and all day Saturday and Sunday. Funeral services will be conducted in the Summit Mills Amish Church on Monday, December 2, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. with Bishop James Beachy officiating. Interment will be in the Summit Mills Amish Cemetery.
