Darla Dean Niner, 65, of Oakland, MD, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, September 24, 2018, at her home. Born September 15, 1953, in Oakland MD, she was the daughter of the late Elsie Lou and Hercel Fogel Cline. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Ray Hershman, William Cline, and Jerry Cline, and a sister Helen Wiles.
Darla was a member of Crossroads Church and a media church member of the Family Worship Center Jimmy Swaggart Ministries. She was such an inspiration to others with her unwavering faith and love for her Savior Jesus Christ. In addition to sharing the Gospel, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who always brought a smile to her face and were her pride and joy. God and family were the most important things in her life. She was our best friend and gave unconditional love and support. She was the strongest woman we ever knew and she will be missed more than words can say. Her legacy is one of faith, family, and love.
She is survived by her husband of forty-four years Roger L. Niner; three daughters, Sherry Spencer and husband Jeffery, Sindy Savage and husband Shaun, Stephanie Butler and husband Cody; eight grandchildren, Alex, Dylan, Morgan, Brody, Nicholas, Logan, Rilee, and an upcoming new arrival; and a brother Danny Cline.
Friends will be received at Crossroads Church, 17781 Garrett Highway, Oakland, MD, on Sunday, September 30, 2018, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor David Marsh officiating. Interment will be at the Glendale Cemetery.
